RequirementsAs a Financial Controlling Process Coordinator you will be responsible for performing financial controlling processes as per the knowledge transfer tracker.
Responsibilities
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Perform financial controlling processes as per the knowledge transfer tracker (ex: activities during month and month end closing, accounts reconciliation and provisioning, activities related to CRM, annual Budget construction, Forecast);
- Participate as an SME to the boarding process for new joiners from FPM team (ex: operational trainings for tools used, share the knowledge of the PTP process flows);
- Participates to continuous improvement of the activities (ex: help the team with IDEA implementation, macros, robots), process transformation to achieve simplification & efficiency;
- Provide guidance with process expertise, monitor efficiency in the operational day-to-day activities and coordinate to solve the team’s issues after Month End Closing if any ;
- Help the team to coordinate for ad-hoc requests coming from the Client;
- Participate to transversal initiatives and propose action plans to improve processes, within transversal team and bridge with PTP teams (ex: coordinate workshops between FPM, Accounting, Risk, KPI to improve processes and reduce workload);
Help Management to coordinate the follow up for updated procedures and back-up strategy (ex: all activities to be included in MOPs and all MOPs to be updated every 6months and validated by the client).
PROFILE REQUIRED:
- Ability to coordinate and articulate the transformation
- Ability to Identify, qualify, develop & drive implementation of process improvement to achieve simplification & efficiency
- Monitor efficiency in the process in the operational day-to-day of financial controller team
- Provide guidance to financial Controller with process expertise
- Ensure process documentation is up to date and available
- Self triggered, organized and focus on deadlines
- Decision making and/or problem solving skills
- Microsoft Office great knowledge, especially Excel (formulas, functions, pivot table charts, macros) and PowerPoint
- You are an advanced French and English speaker
