IT Consultant - CRM Cloud

• The technical implementation & customizing of international Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions in the areas of Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), PowerApps and Power Platform, Microsoft SQL Server or other Microsoft technologies.
• The development of (technical) proposals for the optimization and enhancement of our D365 CRM solutions.
• The conception and implementation of customized customer solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud Sales, Service, Marketing as well as Power Platform applications.
• The further development of the product management.
• The management of external service providers and implementation partners.
   

• Degree with a digital focus or comparable background with proven know-how
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects or comparable CRM cloud solutions
• Experience in an international environment
• Knowledge of the use of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL and C#
• Business English
• Ideally confident in using MS SQL Server and building CRM data models
• Knowledge in the area of analysis and design of business processes in marketing, sales and service desirable
• Distinct ability to work in a team, solution-oriented work and high level of personal initiative and motivation
