    Bachelor Degree;
    2-3 years of working experience in tax or/and accounting area, experience in VAT taxation from both compliance and consulting perspective;
    Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel);
    Excellent command of Romanian and English - both speaking and writing;
    Analytical thinking and attention to details;
    Well-organized and project management capabilities;
    Ability to plan and organize tasks;
    Skills to act both independently and within the team;
    Curiosity to learn and understand VAT processes, tax law;
    Ability to share knowledge and coach junior staff.


    Process and review the VAT data and information received from the client;
    Prepare the recurrent VAT returns in compliance with the local law;
    Identify VAT related issues and summarize these in writing for client’s attention;
    Manage compliance related aspects of the clients portfolio;
    Assist clients in front of the tax authorities, VAT audits;
    Assist in delivering and monitoring multiple client engagements;
    Train and mentor junior staff;
    Assist Managers in business development efforts - drafting proposals, client meetings and negotiations;
    Monitor legislative updates;
    Actively participate in developing and/or customizing the VAT apps.
