Business System Analyst

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business System Analyst located in Timisoara.

Reporting to the EMEA Solution Manger Lead, Business System Analyst role is providing day to day solutions for integrations with Customers and suppliers, meet with the various stakeholders involved and provide design/guidance to the development team.

Business System Analyst will work closely with the delivery manager to achieve on time delivery and with quality.

What a typical day looks like:

You will be the primary webMethods end-to-end solutions delivery owner working with the Delivery Manger;
Will translate business requirements (Flex Business Owners, Customers and suppliers) into technical requirements that can be understood by development and implemented in wM;
Coordinate Solution Manager (SM) deliverables between Operations, Development, Core Solutions and support teams;
Provide analysis of technical requirements related to webMethods for the Project Owners;
Write the project documents and the technical mapping specifications;
Perform testing to ensure code is conforming to required specifications;
Be a technical expert on webMethods application platform and Flex wM application platform;
Work with operations team to ensure the availability of webMethods environments;
Write support documentation for every project and trains L1 and L2 support on the implemented solution;
Participate in regular calls or as required by the project leads and provide L3 support for the projects;
Clarify issues/questions arising out of the solutions delivered.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Knowledge of EDIFACT/X12/RosettaNet/OAGIS/web services standards;
Knowledge of DTD’s/XSD’s/Schemas etc.;
Experience in protocols like AS2, RosettaNet, https, web services;
Understands certificates, firewalls, etc. related to connectivity;
Good understanding of Enterprise Applications (Baan ERP, MES, SAP, 4th Shift, Oracle);
Understanding of webMethods or J2EE systems and architecture, Oracle DB, UNIX and/or other Data Integration systems;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to design B2B solutions;
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish factors and draw accurate conclusions;
Proficient level of English.
