    Cerinte

    • Technical University Degree with specialization in Civil Constructions or Installations
    • Experience in a Project Management position for at least 2 years
    • Advanced English
    • Highly organized and able to keep track on multiple projects at the same time
    • Knowledge of MS-Office and AUTOCAD
    • Ability to work in a big team, overviewing different teams of workers
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to deliver results
    • Fast learner and quick thinker
    • Passionate about the construction business, new technologies and ways to improve implementation
    • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

    Responsabilitati

    • To ensure that the projects for which he is responsible are executed and implemented in the terms agreed with the clients;
    • To check and take all necessary measures to ensure the quality of works and products at least at the level of customer expectations;
    • To ensure that the subcontractors respect both all legal norms and all contractual obligations;
    • To collaborate in an efficient manner with the Sales team in order to quickly and efficiently implement projects
    • To evaluate and keep track of projects schedules in order to avoid additional costs and delays in delivery
    • To collect and analyze information and reports
    • To stay up to date on market trends and competitors’ activity to identify and recommend new products, service improvements or innovations
