    Responsibilities

    The Social Media Manager is responsible to lead and implement the most efficient strategy for the Veeam global social media accounts. This role will collaborate with key content providers across the company (Marketing, PR, Events teams) to integrate social media within wider communication projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and implement the most efficient social media strategy for Veeam in EMEA region.

    • Collaborate with key content providers in the region to integrate social media within wider communication projects.

    • Act as an advisor on how best to leverage different types of content on our company's social media channels.

    • Plan and share content in an engaging manner to connect with prospects, customers, users and influencers.

    • Continuously improve SM activity by capturing and analyzing the appropriate trends, social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

    • Plan and deliver community management strategies through social media.

    • Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in Social Media in multinational environments.

    • Proficiency in English and excellent social media copywriting skills.

    • Experience with social media reporting (capturing data, analyzing relevant social media metrics and providing actionable insights).

    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and social media tools.

    • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.

    • Strong project management and multitasking skills with attention to details.

    • Positive and proactive attitude.

    • Digital creativity.

    • Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, CRO is a plus.

    • Experience with influencer marketing or employee advocacy is a plus.
