    Requirements

    ▪ University Degree in Electronics or Technical field;
    ▪ Several years of experience in the Quality field (Automotive);
    ▪ Minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive industry;
    ▪ Knowledge of VDA methods 6.3 auditor qualifications, knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core tools;
    ▪ Knowledge of the basic tools: APQP, FMEA, PPAP/PPF;
    ▪ 8D methodology / complaints, SPC , MSA, customer specific requirements, retraining inspections, special features;
    ▪ Advanced knowledge of English is mandatory, knowledge of German is an advantage;
    ▪ Communication and teamwork skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical skills.

    Responsibilities

    ▪ Manages and develops the integrated management system in the location, in cooperation with the DRÄXLMAIER central guidelines;
    ▪ Is responsible for approving Control Plans and P-FMEA for product safety features;
    ▪ Ensures the effective implementation of the system requirements according to IATF 16949 standard (taking into account the requirements related to a risk management system), ISO 14001, OHSAS18001/ISO45001;
    ▪ Provides on-site maintenance of the necessary management documentation and maintains an open communication between QM and the other technical areas in the organization;
    ▪ Educates employees on basic topics in the area of the integrated management system;
    ▪ Plans, performs and coordinates internal audits according to the integrated management system and internal processes audits according to VDA 6.3;
    ▪ Provides support for analyzing the causes and implementing the corrective actions. ▪ ▪ ▪ Verifies the effectiveness of the implementation of corrective actions;
    ▪ Create the annual audit plan for the location, defines and coordinates the internal process audit team;
    ▪ Performs both planned and situational audit when needed and ensure the timely preparation and distribution of reporting;
    ▪ Provides support for external and client audit and provides support in creating management evaluation and risk assessment;
    ▪ Evaluates the effects of changes in customer requirements on the management system and provides information to the organization on the changes occurred.
