Accounting Management Department (AMD) will focus on the challenges and pressures of business growth and expansion, providing valuable forward-looking accounting solutions and professional service for business and supporting the strategies and decisions of operation of company, AMD has developed from just several staffs to more than 2,000 staffs today, it established 6 Accounting Shared Service Centers (in Shenzhen, Chengdu, Malaysia, Mauritius, Romania, Argentina) and it achieves the concepts of accounting shared services.

    Requirements

    Familiarity with COSO internal control framework is preferred, with at least two years of accounting experience:
    1. Have strong process awareness and be responsible for operation quality results.
    2. Strong self-driven and able to independently complete project operations.
    3. Have strong communication skills and be able to quickly reach agreement with project members.
    4. Be bold in challenges and willing to learn new office tools, such as Python and VBA.

    Responsibilities

    1. Carry out process risk control such as walk-through test.
    (1) Have strong understanding ability, be able to quickly grasp the contents of the work instructions, and effectively identify problems in accounting execution based on the work instructions.
    (2) Carry out the accounting process PR review project according to the plan, and output the review result, including the PR report, issue list, and solution. For example, conduct PR from the perspective of an independent third party, deeply analyze and review accounting issues, and propose improvement suggestions.

    2. Have good project management and communication capabilities and create an internal control environment for processes. For example, develop English process internal control training materials, organize training courses, and release related test questions.
