    Requirements include but are not limited to:

    Bachelor’s Degree (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
    Previous sales experience of high-tech products/services is a plus/mandatory for senior roles
    Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry
    Ability to find approach to different types of persons in order to establish positive and lasting relationships
    Exceptional verbal and written communications skills in foreign languages (for eg. English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Hebrew, Russian, Slovak, Italian, etc)
    verbal communication skills and ability to relay information to potential customers
    Ability to adapt to changes and to work in a fast-paced environment

    Responsibilities

    The Inside Channel Developer (ICD) is responsible for discovery, recruitment and onboarding of new resellers and partners for the Veeam ProPartner Program. The ICD enables new partners toward promotion to higher levels of Veeam channel program, as well as reactivation and re-engaging partners that have slowed transactions.

    The Inside Channel Manager (ICM) is responsible for managing and driving business results of selected group of Veeam partners, maintaining their sustainable growth. The ICM has overall ownership of the partners: Revenue, Relationship, Investment / Commitment and Partnership. The ICM will provide advice and assistance to Veeam Pro Partners on all licensing, product, sales and technical requirements. ICM’s also need to work closely with their Pro-Partners to help identify new revenue opportunities.

    The Inside Hosting Manager (IHM) is responsible for selling Veeam products by recruiting, training and enabling prospective Cloud and Service Provider partners who focus on building Infrastructure aaS infrastructures in addition to building Backup and DR as a Service offerings into market.

    The Channel Team Leader is responsible for managing Inside Sales teams to execute on Partner & Sales strategy to meet/exceed sales quota for a given territory through setting business goals and managing the performance of Individual Contributors. Team Leader is also responsible for career planning and development of team members.
