    Required qualifications and experience
    • Bachelor in Economics
    • Computer skills (Excel, Word);
    • English language speaker – medium level;
    • Good team player and communication skills
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;


    Key accountabilities
    • Manage, book and archive, according to internal and legal requirements, the fixed assets’ incoming and outgoing documents, the related transfers among various Company locations, in accordance with Romanian and International Accounting Standards;
    • Monitor the investments in process vs approved budget;
    • Manage, book and/or distribute to relevant personnel the goods’ transport related invoices;
    • On periodical basis, perform balance reconciliations with related fixed assets and transport suppliers;
    • On monthly basis, calculate the depreciation of fixed assets as per Romanian and International;
    • Accounting Standards, reconcile the fixed assets ledgers as per Statutory and Group requirements;
    • Prepare relevant analytical reports regarding fixed assets and transportation, explain variances vs. budget or forecast;
    • Manage statutory requirements regarding local taxes
    • Coordinate the fixed assets inventory taking, at least once at three years
    • Actively involved in the communication with internal and financial auditors
    • Continously participate to process improvement projects
