Recruiter (part time)

TPA is one of the leading tax, accounting and audit services companies in Romania and Central and South Eastern Europe. From our offices in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca we cover all regions of the country. TPA Romania currently has 9 partners and more than 150 full-time employees providing support to our clients in the fields of Tax Advisory, Accounting, Auditing, Advisory and Legal.

The TPA Group is an independent member of Baker Tilly Europe Alliance and is thus able to provide to its clients a worldwide network of tax advisors, auditors and consultants.

We are looking for a new colleague with:

 At least 1 year of experience as Recruiter or similar HR role
 Passion about HR and talent acquisition methods
 Organized, open personality and team player attitude
 Good time management and problem-solving skills
 Great interpersonal and communication skills
 Positive and energetic
 Ability to quickly adapt to internal requirements and business dynamics

Main responsibilities:

 Collaborates with managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
 Ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best talent for the organization, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
 Identify and use appropriate recruitment strategies and channels
 Initiates and/ or updates internal reports
 Onboarding and offboarding
 Be involved in organizing internal and external events
 Actively contributes to building a strong Employer brand. Promote TPA as employer of choice
 Be opened to explore other HR related tasks
