    Main responsibilities:

    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
    • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity and build meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
    • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance
    • Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
    • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
    • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community & respond customer queries and complaints
    • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
    • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
    • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
    • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions; provides backup to customer support in emergency cases.
    • Set-up and manage email campaigns using Contact Pigeon
    • Update the homepage, meta tags & descriptions for new site categories
    • Translates & adapts newly listed products’ site descriptions
    Qualifications required:
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • 3+ years of relevant experience social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
    • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
    • Appreciation of brand guidelines, including voice and style
    • Good communication skills, multi-tasking, detail oriented, fast decision maker
    • High energy level, positive thinking, efficiency and politeness
    • Copywriting & Copyediting skills are a plus
    • Advanced in English
    • Computer literacy: advanced knowledge of MS Office
