You will be part of a small documentation team serving approximately 400,000 Bosch employees worldwide, so your work will be visible and highly appreciated. You will be using a Content Management System to publish the work on to the designated platforms (we'll teach you the ways), as well as other internal tools.

• Excellent proficiency in English
• Language-based university degree or related preferred
• Basic knowledge of content management systems and their principles (nice to have)
• Ability to create contents according to a style guide (standardized terminology, syntax, information depth)
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Comfortable to work in small team
• Experience with descriptive contents/texts (authoring skills - nice to have).

•  Create content according to documentation style guide (adhere to standardized wording, syntax, link structure, etc)
• Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content. 
• Retrieve information from internal tracking systems or development to update documentation contents
• Write, edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments
• Taking screenshots with adequate tools (Screenpresso, SnagIT)
• Build HTML5 online help, deploy to git and web server
• Proofreading within documentation team
• Create basic graphics in PowerPoint.
