IT Application Support Engineer

-Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
-Working experience in at least the following domains:
-System IT deployment
-Networking
-Backup / Restore
-Administration Cloud environment or virtualized environment
-The ability to design a IT architecture is a plus
-Autonomous, rigorous, with a high sense of involvement.
-Used to work in international context (fluent English, intercultural skills).
-Knowledgeable in project life cycle to understand the constraints of the deployed solution and the teams, and in order to support them.
-Readiness to work under time constraints and able to adjust quickly to project demands.
-Missions to traveln4 – 5 times a year, with a duration from some days to 3 weeks. Capacity to travel in MEA, APAC, LATAM and Europe zones (air travel).

-Train and be coached on the tool -> target end of Q2
-Take an active part of improvements realization and promotion
-Improve the Polarion@IDEMIA Confluence with new topics and feedback of the project teams
-Give Worldwide PSI support on the projects using this tool
-Integrate an operational PSI project to help the team to use the tool
-Understand business requirements for access to real-time data via Polarion Reports.
-Design and develop live-page reports in Polarion
-Pro-active support Engineers with Polarion reports usage, traceability reports, requirements management
-Coach the reports creation according best practices, tool performance and aSPICE compliant.
-Offer online training for Engineering staff regarding Polarion configuration & usage.
-Understand & drive end-to-end architecture for optimal performance of Reports system
-Be the gatekeeper for required changes in the reports, with respect to corporate compliance to standard.
-Explore technologies/solutions for continuous improvements; prime Interface communication the vendor
-Be the main point of contact for Polarion reports and their usage.
-Collect feedbacks from users and prepare roadmap of improvements validated with key users
-Ensure the adequation of Polarion usage regarding End-to-end IDEMIA BUILD methodology (Architecture to Integration to Testing)
-Keep up-to-date Polarion templates regarding IDEMIA Quality and Process team
-Install and maintain Polarion on the existing infrastructure.
