The Datacenter & Cloud Operations team is in charge of delivering Infrastructure services supporting critical applications for internal and external clients. In this role you will participate to the development and delivery of Idemia Datacenter and Cloud Strategy, aiming at standardize, industrialize and accelerate the delivery of Infrastructure services, leveraging automation and Cloud services. Reporting to the Head of Project Portfolio Infrastructure, you will work closely with architects, engineers, vendors/partners and line of business stakeholders to deliver Infrastructure solutions. Primary focus will be to manage control scope, timeline, risk, cost and communication throughout the lifecycle of projects.

-Ability to produce high quality synthetic report and presentation (PowerPoint + office suite)
-Comfortable to interact and communicate to technical or non-technical
-Strong leadership and management abilities. Ability to lead cross functional project teams in implementing projects of a complex nature
-Strong Project Management skills – Accredited certification is an asset (Waterfall, Prince, Agile …)
-Knowledge of project management tool (Microsoft Project in an enterprise environment is a plus)
-Experience with reporting tools is a plus (Power BI etc. …)
-Master or equivalent experience
-5 years in IT
-3 years+ in IT and/or Infrastructure Large Project/Program Management
-Experience in an international environment
-Fluent in English, French is a plus
-Occasional, Datacenter in Otopeni and Head Office in France
-Be responsible for the management of a few small-medium projects or individual large project
-Ensure scope, design, resource and budget are clearly identified and agreed before project kick off.
-Identify all dependencies and develop a Project delivery plan.
-Track and report progress of project delivery on scope, on time and on budget
-Manage risks for the project delivery, with proactive reporting and appropriate escalation, trying to find solutions with the team.
-Ensure allocation of resource time is accurately reported in our EPM tool
-Lead cross functional teams (System, Network, Database, Suppliers, Application …) who will participate in the delivery of the project
-Use Idemia project management tools for the purpose of project management
-Engage Change, Configuration and operations managers during the course of the project to ensure a smooth transition into production.
-Organize and chair project meetings with the team at the relevant frequency and format (Agile stand up, weekly project meeting etc …
-Be part of the Infrastructure Project Management Office leadership team and participate in the development of the Infrastructure PMO governance, participate in its continuous improvement
