Process Development Specialist

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering;
• Minimum 2-3 years-experience in a similar position, ideally in automotive;
• English skills;
• MS Office skills;
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Participates and makes decisions in the testing phases of the process, evaluates feasibility of the entire production process, including for components (DFMEA);
• Constantly improves the production process, including efficiency, ergonomic level and other production issues;
• Prepares production lines and organizes the workplace;
• Defines and follows up the SOP plan;
• Prepares, maintains and updates production line and equipment production equipment;
• Organizes activities related to PFMEA, KMS: standardization, improvement continuous improvement and cost reduction;
• Prepares, maintains and updates work instructions for operators;
• Organizes the implementation of new technical changes and process production process;
• Trains operators;
• Establishes workstations in the production space in accordance with manufacturing requirements;
• Proposes improvements related to devices like “Poka-Yoke” on the lines production lines;
• Proposes the optimal number of direct employees according to the target production;
• Improves work manuals for technological changes;
• Ensures correctness and accuracy of work manuals;
• Expands workspace for production.
