University degree (preferably in Marketing);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word Powerpoint, Outlook);
User experience of PhotoShop or other graphic editors and web management systems;
At least 2 years of previous professional experience in a similar role or in an agency;
Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
Familiar with SEO;
Knowledge of the latest online, social media trends, channels, and as well experience in promoting activities to boost attendance;
Very good written, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Good planner, who can identify and organize relevant resources, and is a good time manager.
For our client, a leading company in direct sales of cosmetics, beauty products, and wellness, we are recruiting a Digital Marketing and Communication Specialist.
The Digital Marketing and Communication Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s online strategy, will be responsible for content strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and developing leads and sales, planning and executing website communication, push notifications, and creating together with the Digital agency SEO/SEM paid ads.
The person should be creative, well-structured, and willing to learn about new technologies and online opportunities for the company.
Designing, building, and maintaining the social media presence - Facebook page and groups, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using regionally-prepared materials or local content;
Maintenance of company’s website in CMS, introducing updates, translations of materials prepared regionally for online;
Implementation and testing of new tools - applications, widgets, etc. ;
Providing support to Customer Service with consultant's questions and direct help and advice for the company’s sales force;
Preparing presentations and online training to employees and the sales team;
Briefing and implementation of online recruitment materials;
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals;
Planning and measuring all campaigns;
Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners;
Implementation of legal issues, contracts & invoices with agencies, and data protection laws concerning online;
Engaging with users on comments and messages.
