• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;
• Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must and exposure to one data management and QA automation tools such as Power BI, Access or Python will be a plus;
• Client-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset;
• Critical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
• Understanding of financial markets and the European Union initiatives for sustainable finance will be an added advantage.

• Perform data quality checks on research and provide detailed feedback to researchers;
• Identify recurring quality issues and engage with research teams to identify solutions;
• Facilitate the development of tools for automated quality control;
• Conduct root cause analysis for data lapses and gaps in coverage;
• Report regularly on progress made towards quality goals;
• Actively engage with the subject matter experts to build domain knowledge, identify changing industry trends and reporting patterns.
