    Linde Global Services Romania is a service hub, processing and supporting a variety of intra-company functions and services in the area of Order-to-Cash (such as order processing, customer master data, credit management, query management & customer support, invoice processing, customer & data management) for Linde Germany and Linde Switzerland.     Requirements

    Key skills & competencies required:

    • Masters Degree in the area of Business Economics, Management, Business Intelligence or a similar subject
    • Strong communication skills in Business English
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the fields of reporting/business intelligence with a focus and finance and Sales & Marketing related processes
    • Very good project management skills (scrum, agile methods preferred), as well as change management
    • Knowledge in financial reporting with a focus on sales reporting and analysis
    • Technical affinity and good understanding of data flows and data architecture, preferably within SAP
    • Experienced with SAP BW/BI and related front-end tools like SAP AfO
    • Ability to write and execute SQL queries, to extract data from a variety of internal sources
    • Significant experience with Tableau or any Data Visualization Tool
    • Python and/or R development skills would be a plus
    • Travel availability (for dedicated meetings, for training purposes, knowledge sharing etc.)

    Responsibilities

    • Acts at the interface between Business and IT areas - defines and discusses content related requirements with business and transform into IT/ implement requirements using state-of the art technology
    • Is in charge of the execution/ management of projects within business analytics closely aligned with business and IT areas
    • Generates value out of data by identification, driving and implementing use cases in the area of analytics across all value streams/ regions/functions
    • Offers support in definition and execution of global business analytics strategy, and helps to position business analytics team as central point of contact for all data analytics questions and use cases
    • Is responsible for design, implementation and execution of analytics and reporting projects
    • Is in charge of EMEA wide GSR submission and data provisioning to key stakeholders
    Drives the EMEA wide Financial reporting process and Superhero reporting processes
    • Offers coaching and training to virtual teams and functional areas within the core disciplines of analytics (Tableau training)

    Salary & benefits:

    • Working schedule – Our working day is covering 8hrs working schedule with 30 minutes lunch break included
