Credit Management & Master Data Specialist

Qualifications:

University degree (Economics) and/or long-term experience in the described job profile;
Advanced English;
MS Office advanced;
SAP experience is an advantage

Maintenance of Customer Master Data:

Analyze, change, correction and new creation of worldwide customer master data and payment terms;
Global master data maintenance including coordination of data correction activities;

Analyze Master Data:

Ensure data quality / define and create data quality rules;
Perform duplicate checks for master data harmonization and necessary corrections;
Clean-up data for specific tools & criteria’s;
Data mapping /validation /correction;
Accounts receivable overdue management:

Monthly reporting & controlling from key performance indicators (KPI);
Other specific tasks:

Develop ideas to enhance the usability and effective usage of new and existing applications, systems and processes;
Revise & update procedures / workflows;
Act as Business Partner (consultant) in regard of global master data;
Organize and perform worldwide trainings online and face to face;
Creation and maintenance of training documentation & content;

Project activities:

Support customer master data and Sales controlling related projects with international participants;
