Good English language skills, written and conversational;

· BPO Experience of 1 year minimum;

· Procurement Operations exposure would be beneficial;

· High School Graduate/ University Graduate - Any Discipline

· Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes;

· Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;

· Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA.


Nice to have & Trainable Skills:

· Exposure to procurement operations;

· Neutral Voice, Accent and call management;

· Procurement domain Knowledge and Industry Skills.

· Ensure on-time processing of Sourcing & Procurement transactions (RFX /Contracts, Requisition validation, PO creation, PO Amendments & PO expedites);

· Understand end-user queries related to procurement operations;

· Manage exceptional transactions;

· Assisting to generate savings;

· Non-Voice daily tasks 30%;

· Voice tasks 70%.
