Higher education in technical field;
Experience in a similar position is an advantage;
Use of PC-MS Office;
Knowledge of English – advanced level;

Implements, maintains and improves production processes (product manufacturing technology);
Defines best practices in the processes, ensures standardization of the way of working;
Validates new equipment in the area of responsibility according to internal procedures;
Validates new products in the area of responsibility according to internal procedures and customer requirements;
Performs trainings based on the instructions created and ensures that the production staff knows the correct way of working on the processes they are responsible for;
Updates, maintains and verifies the documentation related to products, equipment, etc. to be correct and at the last revision in the system;
Performs and documents improvements in the production area;
Works in close collaboration with the production, quality, maintenance, tool shop departments to analyze and resolve situations encountered in the production area;
Collaborates with the project team (new products), for the implementation in production through optimal conditions of SSM, productivity and quality;
Monitors / improves the performance indicators defined in his/her area of activity Issues, updates and approves procedures / work instructions for the processes for which he/she is responsible;
Performs training based on the instructions created, ensures that the production staff knows how to work;
