DHL Express Romania has a opening for a HR Business Partner in Bucharest, Romania. We need a superstar!
The role of the HR business partner is to make sure human resource policy and procedure throughout the organization fit the needs, goals, and aims of the organization and its top leadership. Although the HRBP must have extensive knowledge about HR policy and procedures, his/her more important function is as advisor and consultant to business leaders.
Now, here's what you will need to do:
1. Handling all recruitment tasks, from job postings to on-boarding, in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards, including representing the organization at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates.
2. Drive employee engagement in line with DPDHL strategy and plans.
3. Understand the business, its issues and challenges, to provide specific advice to Business Managers.
4. Advise, challenge, coach and support Business Managers in direct functions on people-related issues and processes (ex: performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment)
5. Formulate fair and equitable processes on employee counselling and discipline and play an active role in solving any issues.
6. Provide support to make talent and leadership development plans and implement them, with the support of the L&D team.
