    - At least 1 year Supply Chain experience in an FMCG company, preferably in Reporting or Planning area
    - Proficiency in information platforms (SAP, APO SNP, Workflows, Business Information, etc.).
    - Substantial experience of information management, analysis, and reporting in a regulated environment, including knowledge of systems and tools.
    - Excellent Excel skills
    - Excellent engagement skills
    - Team Player & Flexible; able to cope well with ambiguity.
    - Good knowledge of technical reporting requirements
    - Good planning, organizing, and operational implementation skills.
    - Good communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at a variety of levels


    - Ensure delivery of the reports to support SNO Community, on time in full
    - Ensure Reports quality and timing meet the required criteria outlined in process documents, manuals and instructions
    - Provide Insights on the reports updated describing main changes vs other periods, trends, issues, opportunities etc.
    - Apply continuous improvement approach, work on reporting process optimization and automation, eliminating losses in the process
    - Monitor data quality and work with the relevant departments/functions to improve data quality, escalate on time to the management
    - Raise areas for improvement in business, specifically in reporting processes, propose solutions, deliver implementation of agreed solutions
    - Work with Digital solutions delivery teams/suppliers on providing reporting automation requirements, take part in testing (UATs, PITs) and implementation
    - Learn and expand personal skills to enable, upskilling of the business as a whole (eg. Pbi)
    - Maintain and improve effective and efficient customer relationships.
    - Proactively dealing with and resolving issues.
    - Ensure all work (reporting and insights) processes are documented in a form of Standard Work Packages, Manuals, Instructions etc. in area of responsibility/reports responsible for
    - Speed of response and reliability when dealing with customer requirements/ inquiries
    - Meeting customers’ and consumers requirements in reporting area
