    Requirements

    Alignment with Sustainalytics’ mission, vision and values;

    Business experience 2-5 yrs required;

    Fluency in English communication skills, both written and verbal;

    Excellent writing, communication, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills;

    Strong organizational/project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;

    Attention to details and inner drive to deliver to high standards and quality;

    Entrepreneurial and enjoys leading and working autonomously in a highly collaborative dynamic team environment;

    Ability to learn how to use a CRM (Salesforce), produce reports from it and learn and use other business software, an RFP tool (Loopio);

    Interest in sustainability and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) knowledge and / or financial / investment industry experience is a plus

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

    Bachelor’s degree is required

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate and project manage the completion of Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) globally

    Work closely with the Client Relations team members assigned to the RFP generated opportunity to ensure the timely completion of all requests

    Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Finance, Information Security, Product Managers teams), ensuring effective collection of answers to RFPs, RFIs questions to support the broader Client Relations Team according to deadlines.

    Raise the quality of the responses by reviewing and signing off the final draft before it can be submitted to the client

    Contribute to process innovation through identifying gaps and proposing new ideas around the submission process and internal communication in order to increase the efficiency and timeliness of RFP completeness

    Coordinate and write proposals and RFP responses

    Maintain internal knowledge centers

    Maintaining standard information packages, proposals and other client support materials

    Support for reporting to management

    Develop your own ESG and Sustainable Finance industry knowledge.
