• Bachelor’s degree, in any domain.
• Previous professional experience (minimum 2 years);
• Medium English level – able to communicate in written, by phone;
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word) – basic formulas, formatting.
• Very good communication, organizing and attention to detail skills.
• Experience with an ERP system is an advantage, but not mandatory;

• Support in the preparation of commercial offers and/ or contracts for clients and/ or additional documents
• Offering support to the sales team in the implementation of projects;
• Responsible for all the offers requests from the company’s clients; allocated clients
• Maintaining and developing business relationships with company’s partners (clients, subcontractors);
• Database administration with existing clients - centralizing, archiving of all documents / offers; tracking information flows;
• Placing purchase orders to suppliers in internal software;
• Issuing invoices after delivery of goods to the clients;
• Keeping up to date the status of all projects (overview of all projects, at all stages);
• Participating in meetings with clients, partners and subcontractors.
• Working closely with the project team - sales, back-office sales, project manager.
