    Requirements

    As our Junior HR Generalist, you will provide HR support for the Garrett – Advancing Motion business in Romania, while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services.

    You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and the talent management processes. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

    You will be responsible for the increase in the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups.

    You will build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent and you will drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization.

    As our new colleague, your main responsibilities and tasks would be:
    • Review of job definitions/job evaluations (in connection with the classification);
    • Follow-up on status, and approvals and be in charge of posting new jobs in the Garrett recruitment system;
    • Support the offer approvals process, aligning with the hiring manager, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and other stakeholders;
    • Onboarding of new employees – worker conversions. Allocating and assigning onboarding tasks to managers;
    • Organizational announcements;
    • Participate in budget planning, help with implementing the local training calendar, and be in charge of vendors management;
    • Manage programs that address HR activities such as talent management, team and leadership development, retention, organization design, performance management and change management.
    • Perform diverse assignments in areas such as staffing, training, employee/labour relations

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a new colleague that has:
    • Human resources experience;
    • BA or BS degree.
    • Project management skills, and ability to simultaneously manage multiple programs.
    • Advanced level of English (written and verbal communication)
    • Good analysis and reporting abilities (medium level excel knowledge)

    • This job entails a Hybrid work environment: 2 days work from home / 3 days work in the office on a weekly basis
    • This role entails a limited employment contract – a 1-year duration contract.
