This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 700 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration and Personnel.
What we’re looking for:
- Preferably at least 2 years experience in corporate environment;
- University studies (preferably Logistic, Transport or Commerce);
- Language proficiency in English and French or Italian;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Problem-solving ability, accuracy and attention to details;
- Plan and optimize loads in accordance with delivery dates & customer requirements;
- Analyse and treat anomalies.
- Organize the transportation of containers with Non Finished Goods according to the needs;
- Ensure the availability & compliance of all transport, billing & Customs documents;
- Validate purchasing invoices and treat discrepancies.
- Monitor the execution of deliveries to ensure compliance with the delivery timescales;
- Proactively alerts the relevant partners in case of any event, delay or failure regarding the service commitment and engages in the search for a solution to the customer;
- Apply corrective actions in the relevant applications;
- Inform and follows up with the relevant partners.
- Apply current methods and work instructions;
- Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance works methods, results and customer satisfaction.
