CSR- Sales Specialist- Work from home

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or almost native speaker of DUTCH or SWEDISH or FRENCH language
• Very good level of English language
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Sales driven and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Proactive attitude
• Team spirit
• Excellent time management skills
• Previous experience in tele-sales represents an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the entire sales cycle for the customers
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks
• Developing long-term positive customer relationships
• Achieve and exceed sales and other targets set by the business
• Promoting the products and services of the company by means of knowledge, attitude, information
• Documenting all operations in the company’s database, according to the work procedures
• Compliance with company regulations with regards to Data Protection and Information Security
