    Requirements

    - Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English and German;
    - University graduate or final year of study;
    - Previous experience - is an advantage;
    - Good communication skills and customer focus/orientation.

    Responsibilities

    - Answer customer inquiries and communicate the process and procedures for clear understanding;
    - Act as primary point of contact to accept service orders from customers via email, EDI and phone;
    - Review order requests against defined set of requirements to determine compliance;
    - Process various customer requests.
