The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

    Cerinte

    Technical University degree;
    At least 3 years of experience in IT, on-site support experience is a must;
    Local IT queue ticket handling via the internal ticketing system;
    Active directory and experience with software application support;
    Local servers administration;
    Basic printer installation and management;
    English - advanced.

    Responsabilitati

    Installation and maintenance of company's standard toolset for hardware;
    Application admin for internal company's SW;
    Support for mobile phone (iPhone) setup (lvl2 support);
    Support the roll-out of new applications and global projects;
    Support for the servicing of IT equipment via the agreed HP partner;
    Troubleshooting IT software and hardware;
    Troubleshoot basic network problems.
