Bachelor degree; Project Management certification would be a plus;
2+ years of previous experience in programme and project management;
Hands on experience in one of the following functions is considered a plus:Sales Support, Activation, Billing, Credit/Collection, Finance;
Proven experience in the project management planning, resource management, cost management, risk management, document management, communication and time reporting;
Solid knowledge of commercial quality standards and processes;
Advanced Romanian and English, both spoken and written;
Strong working knowledge of MS Office;
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices;
Previous experience in managing complex cross-functional projects in a multicultural environment is considered a plus.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize effectively and work under pressure;
Ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring open cooperative environment;
Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility;
Solid experience working in teams and a matrix organization;
Respectful team player, resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility;
Hands-on mentality with the ability to find pragmatic solutions;
Fluent English skills.
Manages the E2E delivery of internal business projects that requires involvement and alignment of resources and tasks in multiple functions across the organization (defines, plans, coordinates, and follows up);
Establishes positive relationships with colleagues across functions, engages with stakeholders;
Maintains resourced delivery plans that comprehensively cover all aspects of projects, identifying and managing dependencies;
In consultation with project team members and stakeholders sets cadence of project delivery;
Actively seeks to resolve roadblock, tracks and reports project delivery progress, issues and escalations;
Maintains project documentation such as project plans, schedules, and controls the project costs;
Maintains effective stakeholder communication and engagement throughout cross function integration/transformation projects;
Coaches, encourages, and holds people accountable for delivering their responsibilities within integration/transformation projects work;
Initiates, organizes, facilitates, and participates in cross-function workshops and meeting necessary to review and agree alignment and actions on cross function topics/issues;
Takes projects through to project closure, conducts lessons learned and provides project closure report.
