    Requirements

    - Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Marketing or another relevant field;
    - 1-3 years’ experience in HR area (recruiting experience is a plus);
    - Able to communicate effectively in English.
    - Integrity role model;
    - Ability to work independently and autonomy.
    - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships;
    - Excellent project organization and management skills;
    - Ability to pay close attention to detail and prioritize the right things at the right time.

    Responsibilities

    - Establishes and develops the local program for Integrity topics
    - Select the measures and implementation tools of the Integrity program;
    - Monitors and reports the fulfilment of the implemented Integrity measures;
    - Assistance and training for the subject of Integrity;
    - Coordinating marketing campaigns for the Integrity and Diversity programs - newsletter, workshops, annual assessment, etc;
    - Implements and monitors the progress of the rules of diversity, inclusion, equity and justice;
    - Will support the recruitment team.
