    Assisting the Eastern Europe field teams and the Field Marketing Director. The ideal candidate must be organized, self-motivated, able to multi-task and enjoy the pace of a fast-growing company. He / she will support the FMD with coordinating reporting tasks, analyzing sales and marketing results and actively drive projects and activities to ensure goals such as (marketing supported) pipe creation are achieved. What is needed for this role:

    Responsibilities

    • Very strong analytical skills to read data and to convert that into actionable plans to support the regional Field Marketing Managers
    • Collaborate with other internal teams to support territory Marketing plans
    • Cover general administrative responsibilities, including budgeting, contracts, lead upload, JIRA projects
    • Manage invoices, reporting and program tracking
    • Track data and prepare reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
    • Work on logistics for programs within the field, supporting all aspect of trade shows including logistics, banners, staffing coordination, and post-show support.
    • Support and drive special projects for the region that are initiated by Sales or Marketing

    Requirements

    • 2-4 years of experience in marketing. strong writing and communication skills Bachelor s Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications/ Journalism
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Must be an enthusiastic self-starter
    • Proactive and positive attitude
    • Ability to build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
    • Must have exceptional communication and writing skills
    • Background in virtualization and/or storage alliance marketing programs preferred
    • Work from home or in the office
    • Excellent knowledge of the software and enterprise industry in EMEA
    • Being agile and goal-oriented
    • Capable of dealing with different teams and cultural variances
    • Ideally with Salesforce.com experience, Tableau, and all Microsoft applications
    • Interest in taking on special skills such as building ABM campaigns
    • English fluency, any additional Eastern European language will be an advantage
    • Willingness to travel occasionally to support the regional teams with events and activities
