    • English Speaking proficiency
    • Project management skills: Structured and organized
    • Interested in digital and comfortable with digital platforms including social networks
    • Good Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Power Point, Word

    What awaits you…
    • Assistance in setting up Employer Branding events: Discovery Breakfasts, Open talks, Masterclass, HR campaigns;
    • Preparation of visual aids, job descriptions and communication kits
    • You bring your contribution to EB events to increase our company awareness
    • Be a trustful L’Oréal ambassador in all internal/external interactions and trainings
    • Together with Corporate Engagement Team, you will take care of our social media posts and internal newsletters on EB and development programs, bring in creative ideas;
    • Master the People Analytics Platform and perform specific presentations/reports on Candidate Experience, Employer Branding, trainings etc.
    • Contribute to people development by identifying the most appropriate development actions;
    • Participate in conferences and workshops to connect to last trends in development and propose ideas for new internal training programs
    • Be an internal advocate for our trainings curricula;
    • Create a great training experience for our participants before-during and after the training
    • Act as a buddy for our newcomers to ensure a smooth integration in L’Oréal Romania.
