Sr Customer Marketing Specialist (2 years contract)

- University degree;
- Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable solutions;
- Significant experience in B2B Communications and/or Marketing (+ 5 years);
- Experience executing social and digital marketing plans in a B2B environment;
- Integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, multi-channel communications experience;
- Business fluent in written and spoken English, other European languages represent a plus.

- Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs;
- Generate compelling, engaging content to support content-driven integrated strategy. - Help identify the most effective communication channels to reach relevant target groups and help to feed these channels with the appropriate messaging;
- Developing marketing communications for launches, campaigns and other product and service marketing efforts;
- Work with cross-functional teams, including channel and product marketing managers, to develop content strategies and plans that drive customer engagement and product knowledge across the buyer’s journey;
- Lead content development and web improvements for customer website;
- Manage agency partners from concept to execution to evaluation, ensuring projects stay on time, on budget and on brand. Include appropriate stakeholders.
