Function: Inside Sales Reports To: Manager, Inside Channel The Inside Channel Developer is responsible for discovery, recruitment and on-boarding of new resellers and partners for Veeam Pro-Partner Program, enablement of new partners and promotion to higher levels of Veeam channel program, as well as reactivation and re-engaging partners that have slowed transactions.
Reactivation of inactive partners, by reaching out to them with the scope to understand the reasons why they are not performing anymore, identify the potential, and bring them to their 1st order;
Qualification of potential partners by qualifying their business need and identify potential and if positive, push them to get registered on the ProPartner;
Providing the general sales support to channel Team by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information; by answering questions, resolving problems;
Work with Incoming requests from non-manage partners (calls, emails), processing queries, ProPartner issues, licensing cases;
Maintain and update partner database.
Recruit companies qualified by the Inside Sales Associate team or found in Alliance Partner's/Distributor databases;
Driving revenue and contributing to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving KPI's/Monthly Business Objective's - these will be set on a Monthly/Quarterly basis and measured through the weekly/monthly SalesForce.Com activity reports;
Processing of potential partner lists (VMware partners, Microsoft partners with Virtualization/Management competency);
Position Veeam to the new partners and gather partner account profile information;
Providing necessary information to new partners to support a successful start of Veeam sales and introduce them to the advantages and main features of Pro-Partner Program (this includes but it is not limited to Partner levels, Qualification parameters, Product portfolio, Pricing and licensing rules, Current incentives and Promo's)
Defining a roadmap for future collaboration, arrangement of calls, scheduling WebEx presentations/onsite visits
Conduct account mapping for pipeline generation and follow-up on discovered projects;
Re-establishing contact with reseller company and actualization of their view on Veeam products;
Positioning of Veeam against competitive products and re-active work with distribution-driven partners (Handling of incoming requests).
To Be Successful You Will Need to Have:
Bachelor's Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered);
Minim 1 year experience in building partnership network or sales experience in the B2B segment, business development;
Fluent English (excellent communication and writing skills);
Knowledge of IT industry preferred;
Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities;
Ability to find approach to different types of persons in order to establish positive and lasting relationships;
Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry.
