    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    Your skills and mindset:

    • You are organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
    • Highly creative with a strategic mindset
    • Highly organized person, able to establish his/her priorities and get things done.
    • Excellent ‘people skills’ for building relationships with all stakeholders: good listening
    skills.
    • Proven experience in copywriting, planning, implementing, managing and optimizing
    social media campaigns
    • Excellent consulting, writing, visual skills editing (photo/video/text), presentation and
    communication skills
    • Highly inquisitive about the latest innovations and passionate about delivering results
    • Analytical experience & problem solving

    Responsibilities

    Your Focus and Responsibilities:

    • You will create the content strategy & editorial calendar for a range of channels
    (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and implement it
    • You will design daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages
    community members to take action (feedback forms or polls, giveaways, teasers, etc)
    • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a
    strong network.
    • You will monitor and reach KPIs for each social media channel: number of fans, reach,
    engagement etc. You will track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement,
    shares, comments and private messages), giving recommendations accordingly to
    optimize against KPI’s;
    • You will develop and implement special actions to boost awareness and reach, such as
    promotions and social media activations.
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
    • Document process procedures and process flow, recommending any changes to make
    process more efficient
    • You will conduct quarterly Competitive industry research reports
    • Collaborate with other departments. Obtain all the new data/ materials needed for
    generating content, manage reputation, and coordinate actions
