• At least 2 years' experience managing end-to-end IT recruitment and selection processes; 5 years' experience recruiting specialists roles;
• University degree in Psychology, Sociology or Human Resources;
• Proficient English;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a qualitative networking;
• The ability to adapt to change in order to deliver results in an efficient manner;
• The ability to propose and implement improvements and solutions;
• Excellent project and time management abilities;
• Creative, enthusiastic and details-oriented person.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and offer advice on the entire recruitment and selection process, as well as internal mobility opportunities;
• Attract candidates by writing ad material for use in a variety of channels, as well as through networking, direct search, and referrals;
• Screen prospects, conduct phone and face-to-face interviews, and propose the best candidates to hiring managers;
• Conduct competency-based interviews, test candidates, and develop a shortlist based on an assessment;
• Offer advice to both hiring managers and candidates on salary levels, training needs, career opportunities;
• Work with managers and candidates to negotiate salary rates and finalize agreements.
