Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Development experience (4+ years) with C# and .Net
- SQL database or relational database skills
- Strong understanding of OOP and Service Orientated application development techniques and theories
- Agile and unit testing experience preferred

Responsibilities

- Assist in the development of complex Desktop and Web-based solutions to enhance existing products while assisting in the creation and inclusion of new products into the product range.
- Work closely with Software Dev. PM, Q.A., and team members in other offices to ensure products development is working towards the agreed goal and meeting the required standards for quality and functionality
- Ensure current/up-to-date case management within the given project management tool and promote its use throughout the team.
