The success story began with the launch of the first Bitcoin ATM in Continental Europe, the fifth in the world. The development of the company continued with the expansion of the ATM network, currently the largest in Romania and that of the trading platform – Pro.bitcoinromania.ro.
The person we seek for this role is a well-rounded executive with 10+ years of relevant business development and operational experience in leadership roles of increasing responsibility within a startup, midsize or large company, preferably in Banking, FinTech, Logistics or other key industries.
Master’s degree in business administration or any other related discipline
Relevant experience in an executive leadership position
Proficiency in English
Technical and operational knowledge of ATMs represents an advantage
Competence in strategic planning and business development
Leadership skill, good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability
Create, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success
Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes
Oversee daily operations and the work of executives
Partner with other executive managers to accomplish short and long-term operational goals
Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the ATM Network
Maintain and develop relationships with partners and clients
Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines
Identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, business partners, products and services
Examining risks and potentials for the business opportunities
Forming sales strategies to keep your company competitive and innovative
Making presentations to company executives and management teams to highlight business or marketing opportunities or to present the results of new strategies
Serving as a business representative at major industry events
