    The person we seek for this role is a well-rounded executive with 10+ years of relevant business development and operational experience in leadership roles of increasing responsibility within a startup, midsize or large company, preferably in Banking, FinTech, Logistics or other key industries.


     Master’s degree in business administration or any other related discipline
     Relevant experience in an executive leadership position
     Proficiency in English
     Technical and operational knowledge of ATMs represents an advantage
     Competence in strategic planning and business development
     Leadership skill, good communication and interpersonal skills
     Problem-solving ability

    Responsabilitati

     Create, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
     Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success
     Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes
     Oversee daily operations and the work of executives
     Partner with other executive managers to accomplish short and long-term operational goals
     Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the ATM Network
     Maintain and develop relationships with partners and clients
     Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines
     Identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, business partners, products and services
     Examining risks and potentials for the business opportunities
     Forming sales strategies to keep your company competitive and innovative
     Making presentations to company executives and management teams to highlight business or marketing opportunities or to present the results of new strategies
     Serving as a business representative at major industry events
