Sales Consultant (HR projects)
In Brainspotting, we work wih clients to help them cover their tech recruitment needs in a very competitive and dynamic environment. We also design surveys and mapping projects to help clients understand the talent pool and employment behavior.
In your role as a Sales Consultant, we are looking for you work with clients to provide them with either tech recruitment services or the more innovative services of Loginro.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Identify new products and solutions to cover client needs in a dynamic talent environment
- Develop your target and build you pipeline of potential clients
- Investigate and understand client needs
- Use track record and insights in order to educate the client about the best solution to cover their recruitment needs
- Monitor client satisfaction
- Plus, we are currently exploring international projects so it helps if you are willing to do some international hunting
