Data Analyst

We are a full-cycle software development company delivering high-performing solutions and services designed to answer the specific needs of each of our clients. We are specialized in data management web, mobile and BI applications based on Microsoft or IBM technologies, on cloud or on-premise.

The person occupying this position will directly support the daily operations and effective performance of the business solution.
Other responsibilities include a good understanding of the client’s organization, their objectives and needs.
This role uses analytical skills, business knowledge and data structures understanding to effectively integrate technology into the business environment in order to achieve business goals.

• Good knowledge and experience in working with Excel
• Good knowledge and experience in working with data structures and data relationships
• Good use of English language (comprehension, written and speech)
• Collaborative attitude towards working within a support team
• Able to work with clients and adapt to their needs, conversational level and business realities
• Passion, dedication and focus
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Attention to detail
• SAP user experience or WinShuttle exposure are welcomed

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product/service knowledge to meet those needs
• Apply required updates and corrections to data import/export processes and validate data
• Analyzes the current business processes/scenarios and assist with recommendations to meet business needs
• Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing IT market trends
