    You should have:

    Bachelor Degree
    Demand planning (3-5 years) or management consulting (1-2 years)
    Fluent in English
    Strong problem solving skills to break down complex business problems
    Strong analytics and flawless execution
    Strong communication skills (written & oral) to tailor insights to all levels of hierarchy, incl. board
    Superior communication skills: top-down written and oral communication; acting with ease across hierarchy levels – hence a good team player
    Autonomous, flexible and high energy level – hence able to work within tight schedules
    Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint


    Main Responsibilities:

    Maintain a numerical model to forecast long-term demand for GTX products in a ‘top-down’ manner from the total vehicle sales and production in each region & vertical.
    Identify reliable data sources for key model inputs, to be updated at a suitable frequency based on sensitivity.
    Partner with Sales and Marketing teams in each region to capture and forecast ‘bottom-up’ demand for all turbocharger applications in the industry (TS & competitors) on a 5-10 year horizon. Validate data consistency and consolidate integrated and flexible relational database (MarketView).
    Reconcile the ‘top-down’ and ‘bottom-up’ forecasts, to finalize the ‘Market forecast’, to be used as the basis of Strategic Planning (STRAP) and other planning processes. Derive key conclusions and drive management discussion.
    Update ‘top-down’ macros model for SIOP and for AOP in MarketView focusing on current and next year based on the latest consultants data and trends. Ensure alignment with the regions.
    Load latest agreed AOP (Sales Plan) volumes & prices (& material cost if available from Finance) into MarketView Live Forecast.
    Reconcile the data with focus on matched results vs. bottom up to spot any risks or opportunities to the plan. Generate the YoY walks and support macros for AOP and SIOP.
    Independently identify & analyze relevant deep-dive topics.
    Industry growth rates by region, vertical and channel.
    TS and competitor share of demand by region, vertical, channel and customer.
    Changes to prior forecasts, broken down by geography and drivers.
