• Develop and launch high performance digital campaigns (demand generation, nurturing)
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI
• Track, report, and analyze campaign performance
• Optimize copy and landing pages for digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with product marketing team
• Perform ongoing paid keyword/display targeting discovery, expansion and optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital advertising experience.
• Must have solid knowledge of Google Adwords and Facebook advertising platforms.
• Must have solid knowledge of Google Analytics platform.
• Ability to compile and analyze advertising performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction.
• Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Web programming skills are a plus but not required.
• Higher education.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
