Garrett - IT Internship - Security and Compliance Intern - 12 months contract

Bachelors Degree or above in either computer science or related work experience

• Needs to be comfortable with documentation and technical writings
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross functional teams
• A can-do mind set - ability to handle multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
• Able to get on with people from a diverse set of cultural backgrounds
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
• Self-driven and with attention to detail, resourceful and proactive
• Familiarity with financial and IT terminology is preferred

Updates the PM Tool for RPA Operational
Updates the PM Tool Update RPA projects
Creates documentation for reviews, uptades RAID status
Works closely with RPA PM
Other based on specific team needs

Evaluates user requirements from RPA perspective
Sets up process walkthrough
Creates Business process requirements analysis document that can be directly used for artefact development
Creates the implementation plan for the automation activities together with teh RPA Developer
Collects test data and documents test cases
Contributes to the testing of RPA processes
Works closely with RPA PM & RPA Developer

Contributes to the creation of the Business SME RPA Aid & Guide, Must DO successful RPA: design, documents, communications, tarinings
Contributes to the creation of the Citizen Developer Training: design, documents, communications, tarinings
Works closely with RPA PM
