 At least 3 years in a similar position
 Nice to have – workshops facilitator skills
 Experience cu Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure
 Proficiency in prototyping tools – Invison, Marvel, UXPin, Framer

 Comfortable in all parts of the design process with a real passion for creative, user-centered outcomes. You have a deep understanding of UX practices and methodologies, including user research and testing
 Deliver user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, design systems, and other artifacts, both web and mobile, to convey the experience to clients, users, and developers
 Oversee and/ or execute quantitative and qualitative user research
 Oversee and/ or design the user interfaces for desktop, mobile and embedded devices to ensure the information is easy to find, read, and understand
 Conduct usability testing and coherently present your findings
 Design the user interfaces including layout, branding, typography, color, images, icons, animations, and interactions
 Work autonomously, with substantial personal responsibility
 Plan and organize own work
 Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
 The motivation to address the underlying problem and question any assumption
