    Requirements

    - Analytical skills;
    - Attention to details;
    - Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package;
    - Good communication skills;
    - Fluent in English;
    - Previous experience in insurance field would be a plus.

    Responsibilities

    - Manages insurance portfolio for all lines of business;
    - Provides support for branches related to insurance products, relationship with insurance partners, specific working procedures, claim management;
    - Provides support for Customer Care Department for topics related to Bancassurance activity;
    - Monitors missing/expired insurance policies and conducts the renewal process of these policies;
    - Conducts customer notification process related to Bancassurance activity.

    We offer hybrid working schedule (2 days from the office, 3 days from home)
