Junior Recruiter

If you are passionate in helping people to reach their potential and find the best place to develop, you are the colleague we are searching for ORTEC Recruitment team. You will take care of the recruitment process from start to finish, offer support and consultancy for Hiring Managers and make an impact on how ORTEC reaches to possible candidates. What you will do:

• Draft job ads for vacancies;
• Identify the most suitable channels for advertising the open postions;
• Develop partnerships with recruitment agencies, outsourcing companies; act as a point of contact with them;
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc;
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions;
• Collaborate with the hiring managers throughout the entire selection process;
• Onboard new employees;
• Conduct exit interviews;
• Prepare, analyses and report relevant recruitment analytics;
• Provide internal HR support on internal communication.

Who you are: Previous experience as a recruiter is a plus, but most important is that you have the right mix of skills: perseverant, smart, able to bring change and build networks. Besides this we expect you to have the following attributes:

• Fluent in English;
• Organized style of work;
• Able to set the right priorities and act accordingly;
• Orientation towards continuous improvement and willingness to learn;
• Flexible, but oriented to reaching goals;
• Excellent communicator, outgoing, easy to connect with;
• Creative and able to find ways of selling ideas, jobs;
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Team player.
