    Requirements

    We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing HR team. This new role will give to the successful candidate the chance to drive the company’s visions forward using best practices, knowledge and resources

    Qualifications and Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field;
    A minimum of 5+ years relevant experience.

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in dealing with a multi-cultural employee population;
    Relevant experience with REVISAL;
    Familiarity with and HRIS system such as Workday would be advantageous;
    Dealing with payroll;
    Ability to work effectively across departments and cultures;
    Likes to work in a team environment sharing tasks, motivated self-starter, detail oriented, and positive attitude;
    Experience in organizing office events;
    Good knowledge of Romanian labor legislation;
    Working experience with Microsoft Office packages;
    Effective written and fluent verbal communication skills in English.

    Responsibilities

    Assists and supports new employees during their integration and induction process;
    Provides support in the salary activity (time sheets, rest leave records);
    Provide employee statements, upon requirement (for the Bank, doctor, hospital, kindergarten, University etc.);
    Assures support for all employees in regard of HR requests;
    Uses human resources management software (workday);
    Pre-hiring documents preparation and keeping contact with new employees on the steps to follow (risk assessment form for the Heath Plan provider, JD, contract, IP and other hiring related documents);
    Maintain the relationship with the Health plan provider: schedule new employees for medical exam, arrange all details for the annual check-up; open/ terminate medical subscriptions and track them;
    Responsible with archiving documents for existing employees’ files in HR, including updating the New Hire Checklist and all other spreadsheets in HRIS;
    Participate in Health & Safety meetings;
    Promote the image and interests of the company: professional approach towards company visitors and collaborators, acting in respect of the Internal Regulation and Code of Conduct;
    Active role in ensuring that employees act in respect to the Internal Regulation provisions and Code of Conduct.
